Glycemic Index Research Report #1122
The following research report was conducted by Sydney University's Glycemic Index Research Service (SUGiRS) In April 2011 at the Human Nutrition Unit located int eh School of Molecular Bioscience GO8. The Human Nutrition Unit is at the forefront of glycemic research across the world and has conducted tests on over 1500 different foods.
The report was a study to measure the Glycemic Index value of White Rice.
